We are always experimenting and are willing to try to grow a small amount of almost anything for you to ensure we can grow to your specifications.

Rather than trying to sell what we grow our approach is to grow only what we first sell. This arrangement allows us to minimize waste, operate efficiently, and offer lower prices.

To give you a cost estimate we simply need to know:

  1. What would you like to grow (including variety/strain)?
  2. Will we be using your seeds or ours?
  3. What quantity/size do you need?
  4. By what date(s) do you require delivery?

If the trial is successful and you choose to go forward, we require 50% of total costs up front and the balance when you take possession. The growth rate for production is dependent upon the type of plant and the starter material used. When grown from seeds the average growth period for produce is 3 to 6 weeks, and a bit longer between December and March. After a successful trial, our production team can support the delivery frequency you require.

Our fish are delicious and we sell them live (whole/in the round). Winter 2020-2021 we are selling 2 year old Bluegill. These fish are 7” – 10” long and 1 to 1.5 lbs. We sell them for $7 lb. while available.
