About Us

Our year-round facility is located just outside of Madison, Wisconsin, in the Town of Montrose. For the last 7 years, we have been providing clean fresh food to restaurants and bars, grocery stores, private chefs, and corporate dining facilities. We have also provided starter plants to hemp growers and processors, helping them improve their annual production of that exciting new agricultural opportunity.

Aquaponics is a centuries old growing technique that utilizes the abundant and natural nutrients discharged by fish to grow plants. Water from the fish tanks serves as organic fertilizer for the plants, while the plants clean the water for its return back to the tanks. The system is run without using unnatural pesticides or antibiotics, instead relying on occasional introductions of natural predators, neem oil, and salt. With minor exceptions, the only input to the system is fish food.
